Commissions

  • This ToS is updated as of 26th December, 2025.

I am an artist that does not tolerate AI. If any of your references or content are from AI, I will refuse service and blacklist.

All rights to my art, including commissions, belong to me. Commissions are for personal use only (for pfps, banners, etc) but are not to be used for profit in any way. You may repost and share my art only with credit, linking to this website or to my instagram @iifaebunnyii. You may not sell or exchange my art, physical or digital. You may not use my art for NFTs, prints, or any other media, published or otherwise. Putting my work into an AI engine is prohibited. You are not allowed to trace, draw/paint over, or otherwise alter my work. You may not color or paint within my lineart works. You are not allowed to claim my work as your own.

I reserve the right to publish and monetize my art, including commissions, in any way I choose. This includes featuring the art on social media, marketing, as prints, in published media, merchandising, etc. If you would like to commission art of an original character and not have it posted elsewhere, you must state so in your form. Otherwise, I am to assume my art may be used as I see fit. I reserve the right to use fanart commissions regardless, and this cannot be opted out of. I reserve the right to post any art within my portfolio.

I reserve the right to refuse any work I am not comfortable with or that I feel I cannot complete.

All payments are done upfront. If for any reason you change your mind and I have not gone past the sketch stage, you will get a partial refund, unless your commission was for a sketch only. Otherwise, no refunds will be given, as work had already begun/is near completed. Please be certain of what you want before contacting an artist for commissions. I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason, especially for disrespectful behavior, and refund based on how much work has been completed. Once artwork has been finalized, absolutely no refund will be given.

Once a commission has been placed, I will send a progress photo of the sketch for feedback and revisions. Once I receive confirmation to move on to lineart, no refunds will be given out unless issued by me. You may request 3 revisions total on the sketch. Any changes requested after may result in an additional fee, unless the revisions are needed due to my own negligence.

For larger commissions, payment plans may be arranged for each stage. For instance, a payment may be collected upfront for the sketch, and a separate payment may be collected upfront for the lineart, and so on. Ask me on details if needed. If this is required, you must let me know beforehand within your form.

Once the commission is finished, you will be emailed the final product, as these are all digital. No physical product will be shipped.

If no reference images of your character are included and all you have is a written description or a collection of inspiration photos, this is considered a design commission. Please only request the design commission in this circumstance. I will not accept a commission of any other type if I do not receive visual character references.

There is a default wait time of around two weeks for any given commission, though I am typically able to begin production very soon after the commission request. I like to give the two week minimum because I am a student, and that comes first!

This wait time may be increased if there is a waitlist ahead. If you’re curious about times and how long it may take me to complete something, ask me. Bear in mind, if you have a deadline that needs met before the two week minimum, I may charge a rush fee.

  • Know what you want before commissioning, and ensure that you are writing in a clear, concise manner when completing your form. Include every wanted detail of the commission. The more visual reference photos of your character, the better. Mood boards are welcome for capturing the personality and aesthetic of a character, but are not sufficient on their own.

Maintain professionalism and respect during communications, and respond in a timely manner. If communications go silent, I will assume to continue forth with the commission as is and no changes nor refunds will be offered upon completion. Please understand there may be a waitlist, or that an artist’s time is valuable!

Assume responsibility if any important details are not communicated from you to me during the process that may result in your dissatisfaction.

You are to read through the entirety of the Terms of Service and commission information before commissioning me. You may ask me for clarification on something. I am not responsible if you agree without properly reading.

  • Commissions are OPEN.

Please look through my portfolio to gain a feel for the sorts of commissions fall under what category. If I feel your request suits a different category, I will redirect you there.

Will draw: Humans, animals, anthros/furries, fanart, mild nudity/sexual themes (must be 18+ for ANY sort of NSFW content), mechs/robots.

Will not draw: Excessive gore, unsafe topics (abuse of any kind, racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.)

If you have questions, feel free to ask. If you’re looking to hire for a long term project, please send an email detailing the information.
